1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 1stClassBet ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Rules, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gambling commitments. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1.1 You and 1stClassBet agree and accept that bets placed using WhatsApp, or any other method of messaging, will be valid and binding gambling contracts under section 335 of the Gambling Act 2005. This applies whether or not use of the chosen communication method would otherwise be in breach of that service's own terms of use.

1.2 By placing a bet with 1stClassBet using WhatsApp as your method of communication, you accept that any bets you place will be valid and legally enforceable.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register or place a bet with us.

2.2 You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.

2.3 You must not be a person who is excluded from gambling by law, by a self-exclusion scheme (including GAMSTOP), or by us.

2.4 We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time via our verification partner, Credas.

2.5 It is an offence for you to participate in gambling if you are under 18. It is also a criminal offence for anyone to help a young person (aged 16–18) or a child (under 16) to gamble.

2.6 To prevent underage gambling, we reserve the right to ask for acceptable proof of age from anyone who appears to be under 18. Acceptable identification must: contain a photograph you can be identified from; state your date of birth; be valid (not expired); and be legible with no signs of tampering.

2.7 If you cannot provide acceptable identification when requested, you will not be able to bet until you do.

3. Account Registration

3.1 You may only hold one account with us. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 We may restrict, suspend, or decline additional accounts associated with the same household, address, or payment details, particularly where this is necessary to protect our responsible gambling and self-exclusion controls.

3.3 You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3.4 Accounts must be verified before withdrawals can be processed.

3.5 It is your responsibility to keep your mobile phone secure. Other than where we have been negligent, we are not liable for any loss you incur as a result of misuse or unauthorised use of your mobile phone number or account, whether fraudulent or otherwise.

4. Telephone/WhatsApp Communication

4.1 1stClassBet may record or retain WhatsApp messages and telephone conversations for security, training, dispute resolution and regulatory purposes. These records may be relied upon in the event of any dispute.

5. Deposits and Deposit Limits

5.1 You may set a monthly deposit limit at registration and adjust it at any time via your account settings, subject to any cooling-off period required by law.

5.2 We reserve the right to impose deposit or stake limits on any account.

6. Bets and Odds

6.1 All bets are subject to our Rules.

6.2 Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed as placed.

6.3 We reserve the right to void any bet placed as a result of a pricing, technical, or trading error, and to correct the error at our reasonable discretion.

6.4 Bets are settled once the relevant event result is confirmed by an official source.

7. Withdrawals and Payments

7.1 Withdrawals will only be paid to the verified account used to deposit funds.

7.2 We aim to process withdrawal requests within 36 hours, subject to standard verification checks.

7.3 We reserve the right to request additional source-of-funds information in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

8.1 If a deposit is reversed, charged back or disputed through the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider, 1stClassBet reserves the right to:

8.3 Void any unsettled bets placed using the disputed funds.

8.4 Withhold withdrawals until the dispute has been resolved.

8.5 Recover any outstanding balance, winnings or associated costs arising from the chargeback.

8.6 Share relevant information with payment providers, fraud prevention agencies and regulatory authorities where permitted by law.

9. Responsible Gambling

9.1 We are committed to safer gambling. Tools including deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion are available on request.

11. Liability

11.1 We are not liable for losses arising from technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or matters which cannot be excluded by law.

11.3 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by telecommunications, internet outages, WhatsApp service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12.2 Unresolved disputes may be referred to IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service), our approved ADR provider.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
